How much is shipping?
Shipping costs a flat rate of €6.49.
For orders over €75, we ship your order completely free of charge.
How long does shipping take?
We know how important fast and secure deliveries are. That's why your order within Germany is carefully packaged and shipped insured, so it arrives safely at your doorstep. Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days, so you can hold your desired products in your hands soon.
Which company will the shipment be sent with?
We ship with DHL & "la poste"
Is the shipment insured?
Yes, each of our shipments is 100% insured.
Where will it be shipped to?
We currently only ship to Germany and France.
How can I track my order?
We will send your tracking information via email once your order has shipped. You will usually receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

How can I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, a credit will be issued to the original method of payment.
>> Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address from your business address to your residential address, as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will hold the package.
How secure is my online order?

Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Can I return my items?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy. After receiving the goods, you can return the item within 14 days without any problems. Prerequisite: The tea packaging must be unopened.
My item is defective, what now?
Should you discover any product quality defects, you have the option to return the item to us within 14 days.
Who pays for return shipping?
The return shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer unless it is a defect or a manufacturing error.
